Global Service Level Agreement
In addition to the Global Fleet Policy, GFS can put a number of tools at your disposal to implement your Global Fleet Program:
The Global Service Level Agreement between the client and the Global Provider:
- Supplements local lease agreements (Due to government regulations, there is no single lease contract that covers the world)
- Addresses performance levels of all of the countries where the fleet provider has coverage
- Sets overall guidelines and standards
- Should be reviewed periodically with a quality performance evaluation report
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- Clarifies and assigns implementation responsibilities and is used as a timeline to complete global fleet transition to the new fleet vendors
